Rajeev Goenka is a graduate in Business Management (MBA) from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania. He has 26 years of experience in various industries, including computer hardware, building materials, bulk and specialty chemicals, renewable energy and education. He is a director in group companies that include Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd and Maharashtra Aldehydes and Chemicals Ltd, both of which are involved in the manufac-ture of bulk and specialty chemicals. He is also a co-founder of a premium international school and college in India.
Aditi draws on her rich experience of more than a decade with children. She has been playing a vital role in the progress of Alphakids Learning Centres Pvt. Ltd., right from its inception. She brings a plethora of experience and sensitivity to her field, which aids the intellectual and emotional growth of preschoolers. An alumnus of Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Arts, Aditi went on to do her Masters in Fine Arts from the prestigious Academy of Arts University, San Francisco, USA. Post her education, she joined as a Trainee in the School Colour division at Camlin Ltd (now Kokuyo Camlin), rising competently through the professional ranks to become the General Manager, Marketing and heading the professional art colours portfolio.
Avantika Goenka is a 2016 graduate in Strategic Management and International Business (BBA) from Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Within the last four years, as an undergraduate student, she has interned at companies such as Mumbai Angels and Dun & Bradstreet and also spent a semester studying Business Strat-egy at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She aims to use the know-ledge and experiences she has gained abroad to take the Alphakids brand to the next level.
Shafi, with over 16 years of experience, has shown dynamic leadership and insight in leading school business in preschool, school, and school solution categories. In his tenure, he has established more than 250+ preschools and 65+ K12 schools across India and abroad. He has remarkably envisioned, planned and executed new business for the organic and inorganic growth of the organization. He has successfully turned around existing businesses towards stable expansion and exceeded the expected top line. He has also effectively set up teams in line with the expansion and growth plan of the business. Shafi has always actively nurtured and mentored the teams for meeting business and professional growth.

She has a proven record of success in the management of schools, curriculum design and implementation, coaching and mentoring of school leadership, teacher and leadership professional development.She is also a recipient of the Award for Excellence from Kanchi Peeth Shankaracharyaji for her outstanding work in the field of education.
